The container is cylindrical and has vertical sides, eliminating the risk of baulking. Volume: approx. 450 litres.

The agitator on the flat container floor pushes the material down into a 102 mm trough auger. The agitator is operated by a powerful 0.55 kW worm gear motor.

The trough auger is a 102 mm trough fitted with a reduced-pitch auger. The auger is operated by a 100 RPM 0.55 kW worm gear motor. The trough auger can be extended using a BM type 102 trough auger.

Ø150 end discharge is standard equipment on the trough auger. Normally connected directly to the inlet of a 102 mm screw conveyor.

Also for flexible auger 
The fixed trough auger can be replaced by a trough for a 75 mm or 90 mm flexible auger.

Big bag grating can be supplied as optional equipment factory-fitted or mounted on existing hopper.

Minerals
The BM Hopper with agitator is not suitable for minerals and similar heavy materials.
